Don’t pick insurance based on price!
I’m going to talk to you today about advice that Dave Ramsey would give you. Dave Ramsey says, “One of the most important things that you get insurance for, is to help you protect your journey to financial peace.”
Many people choose insurance, and they choose the amount of coverage that they’re going to get in the deductibles based off of how much it’s going to cost them per month. But that’s the wrong way to think about it. You need to think about the liability limit section of it over the deductible section of it.
You can save money by choosing higher deductibles, but then also getting higher liability limits. That way, you’re protecting your assets and protecting your future. So choose wisely, just as Dave would tell you to do. Choose higher liability limits and lower deductibles.
